UberNote Update 01.06.08

Happy New Year! The first UberNote update of 2008 brings a few new features and defect fixes.

1. "Too Many Tags" Management
If you have too many tags for your browser window to display, a arrow buttons now appear so you can scroll through the tag box.

2. UberNote Even Faster
Reduced complexity of DOM event handlers.

3. Adding Links in a Note Fixed

4. Windows 2000 and IE6 Compatibility
Users with W2K and IE6 should now be able to use UberNote. No more script out of range errors!
