Good show!
Have been debating to keep on going with Google Notes (still works in my account as they promised) as it seemed rather "quiet" back here.

I currently use Evernote, but have been intrigued by Ubernote's website. One thing I love about Evernote is that I don't have to go online or log in to use the program - it is on my desktop and updates automatically the next time I'm online. I find that if I need to log in to a program whenever I want to use it, I seldom bother. Is Ubernote available as a standard program, or is it fully online, requiring a log in?
Also - I tried to use your contact form to ask this question, but it isn't working and I received an error message.

We currently don't have a desktop program, but if you stay logged on in the webapp we will automatically update if you make changes from a different location (like being logged in at home).

Nice update. I do like the "recent notes" feature and the wider left side.
I too have used Evernote but they have put their focus on creating platform-specific versions and have targeted the mobile market lately. As a result, the web version has languished and continues to look ugly.
I personally would like to see UberNote continue providing us a rock-solid online version and not go down the Evernote path.
As far as new features are concerned, an XML-based export/backup feature would be great.
